School Counselor's Corner

Welcome to Mrs. Gavin's School Counseling Website!   I have the joy of working with students through classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling.  I also collaborate with school staff and parents in order to best meet the needs of students. The knowledge, attitudes, and skills that students acquire in the areas of academic, career, and personal/social development during their elementary years serve as their foundation for future success. The School Counseling program at Council Traditional is based on the American School Counseling Association Model (ASCA) and our district standards. Through leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, I promote equity and access to rigorous educational experiences for all students. I look forward to supporting your student during this school year. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
